The West Valley Athletic Conference Parent, Player, Coach and Administration Code of conduct:
Ware AIA (VAC) student-athletes, coaches, administrators and spectators involved in AIA (VAC) athletics and activities.
The AIA (VAC) "Pursuing Victory with Honor" initiative will create and environment in Arizona where the student-athlete, coach official and spectator is committed to "Pursuing Victory with Honor" and teamwork through TRUSTWORTHINESS, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, FIARNESS, CARING AND CITIZENSHIP.
AIA (VAC)member schools, student-athletes, coaches, administrators and spectators are here to implement a program of assessment and accountability of the AIA (VAC) "Pursuing Victory With Honor."
IF at anytime you are not examples of this you will be asked to leave.

Transportation

**Due to later end times at schools, home games will start at approximately 4:45 except for Verrado, Verrado Herritage & Belen Soto games will be at approximately 5:00. 

Due to the varied start and end times of each campus the following will be approximate pick-up times for athletic buses:

Wigwam Creek:  4:15-4:20pm
L Thomas Heck:  4:20-4:25pm
Western Sky:  4:20-4:25pm
Verrado:  4:25-4:30pm
Verrado Heritage: 4:25-4:30
Belen Soto: 4:25-4:30

Athletes will need to be picked up at the various schools after every away game. Please plan accordingly.

Medical Insurance:  ALL student-athletes must also have medical insurance before they will be eligible to play.  If your student-athlete does not have medical coverage, it can be obtained for a low price through United Health Care.  For more information, please refer to www.k12studentinsurance.com.  There is also a link that can be found on our district webpage (www.lesd.k12.az.us) under the "parent forms" link.  Each student-athlete must submit proof of coverage before they will be eligible to play.

**For the upcoming season, sports physicals are not required.**
